SURGE was created in 2011 by Founders James Ballow, Justin Harper, and Phil Zeltzman with one goal in mind.


They met that summer and as they started sharing war stories and common pain points, they noticed that when a mobile surgeon began their own practice, they were pretty much on their own. They knew they needed to offer an option for these surgeons who wanting to be in control of their own schedule but did not know where to start.


SURGE is a place where you can ask for advice on cases and how to build your practice, seek coaching from our very knowledgeable Founders, and know that you are not alone in your journey.
